Long we hoped to find some product able to actually cover it, when not needed. And we found the Commuter case from Otterbox.

Commuter goes all the way in terms of iPad protection: a protection film salvages the screen from scratches and misuse; a silicone mid-layer guarantees further resistance to abuse and, lastly, a solid and durable black polycarbonate shell.

And then, Commuter fills the void its competitors don’t: it has silicone plugs that protect connectors and button when they are not meant to be accessed. Good.

An OtterBox iPad Commuter Protective Case comes for $64,95 and, oh yes, its creators thought of the Apple logo, on the other side of iPad; the protection is transparent there (and adds a touch of style).
